Where is your order?

To check the status of your shipment, use the link received from the courier via SMS/email.
Alternatively, enter the tracking number in the appropriate section of the courier's website.

Manage your delivery

As soon as the courier collects your order, you will receive a notification (via SMS or email) containing the expected delivery date and a link to manage your shipment.
You can manage your shipment by postponing delivery or choosing delivery to a Pickup Point near you.

Shipping times, methods, and costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders over €75
Standard shipping (3-4 business days) – €4.90
Express shipping (1-2 business days) – €10
If the courier is unable to find you at the time of delivery, they will leave a notice indicating the nearest pickup point where you can collect the package and the contact information to reschedule the delivery.
